What will you do?

With knowledge of OO and SOLID principles, you will be developing code in Delphi for 80% of your time. You are responsible for the development of innovations in functional and technical area’s in our SaaS mainstream TMS application. Multiple colleagues also develop back-end parts in NodeJS/typescript. We applaud developers who are language agnostic and are open to other languages. You don’t have to have Delphi experience for this job, though it is a plus.

What do we do?

MendriX creates standard products for 24/7 road logistics transporters. We are currently conquering the Netherlands and then the world! We grow by double digits each year. We create office solutions with graphic planning boards and other TMS/ERP functionality. We also make mobile apps for drivers and warehouse workers. We want to be the best: that’s why we invest heavily in our products and people. We have an excellent product and development team of 12 people, within our company of 32 employees. With us, you’re not just a number.

09:00	Time for the digital daily stand-up. You share your plans for today with your colleagues.
10:00	Time to write some code; "our code is like poetry", according to your colleague Rob.
12:00	Lunchtime! Yesterday you joined in the lunch walk, today you head over to the mall to get a sandwich at home
12:30	After that, brainstorm with a fellow engineer, who has asked for your help in thinking through a problem.
13:30	Another blast at home behind your desk, finishing up your actions for today, while you are in contact with a few colleagues from the development team via Discord with picture and sound, because that is what you chose to do this afternoon
15:30	That's enough for today. You're finishing an hour early because you worked late yesterday.
18:00	During your dinner you look back at a joyful day. You are looking forward to what tomorrow brings!
